Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the "Americano Padel" mobile application (the "Service") operated by "Tradein IT LTD" ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service ​

  1. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
  3. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

2. In-App Purchases ​

  1. The app may offer in-app purchases. You acknowledge that in-app purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. In-app purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  3. Parents or guardians of minor users are responsible for any in-app purchases made by the minors.

3. Intellectual Property ​

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of "Tradein IT LTD" and its licensors.

4. Termination ​

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability ​

In no event shall "Tradein IT LTD", nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes ​

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
